We are offering two different elevations and two different floorplans with the only difference in the front elevation detail. “I strive to offer a lot of uniqueness in my neighborhoods so when I help design a new floorplan I always try and offer two different exterior elevations. This allows for a more creative design in my neighborhoods.”

Rob Rice is Thurston County’s largest local home builder and was voted the Best of South Sound for 2013, 2014, 2015 and 2016. He has built more than 3000 homes over the last 30 years. He and his wife Helena live in Olympia with their two sons; Alex Michael and Carson. Rob is a graduate of Washington State University with degrees in construction management and architecture.
