On Friday, December 7th from 10:00 to 6:00pm the Rob Rice Homes and Epic Realty team will be ringing the Salvation Army bell in hopes of raising a lot of money to feed those less fortunate.

Christina Janis and Lucia Arroyo, Epic Realty, Inc. REALTORS receive recognition for raising the most funds in 2017
“This our third year to participate in this amazing local fundraising effort and our entire team gets behind the event.” Says Helena Rice, who owns Rob Rice Homes with her husband Rob. “We will wear our Santa hats, blinking holiday wear and have baskets of toys and candy canes for kids, all part of the Thurston County Realtors® Association (TCRA) popular “Realtor Ring Day” that takes place locally and across the country in December. A trophy is awarded to the winning team and last year our team won.
You’re invited to visit our Rob Rice Homes & Epic Realty elves at Cabela’s in Lacey. This annual event raises over $15,000.00 for those in need and 100% of the money raised goes directly to people in Thurston County.
