Rob Rice Homes Announces Brisk Sales in 2nd Quarter 2012

Rob Rice Homes, a new home builder located in Thurston County Washington, announced today that new home sales for the new home communities located in Chehalis, Napavine, Lacey, Olympia and Puyallup are up 17% over last year.  “Sales are very brisk,” according to Rob Rice, new home builder. “We have seen an increase in demand from home buyers for our new home communities. An additional community this year has had tremendous sales activity and our other six communities have seen a real increase in both traffic and sales.”

The latest data released from Northwest Multiple Listing Service shows home sales in June 2012 up 6% over June 2011. With inventory levels of homes for sale in the South Puget Sound area decreasing, new home buyers are acting quickly to make offers. “Our new home buyers tell us that they appreciate the upgrades, up-to-date trends and buyers home warranty available in a new construction home.” Said Rob Rice.

Rob Rice Homes is currently developing seven new home communities: Stadium Estates and Holloway Springs in Lewis County; Evergreen Heights, Whitmore Glen, Kensington and Campus Highlands in Thurston County; and Villages at South Hill in Pierce County.
