Through the hard work and dedication of both our team at Rob Rice Homes and our many amazing partners, we have achieved tremendous fundraising success in Thurston County! With the help of our committed supporters and donors, we raised $11,100 on December 2nd for the Salvation Army – almost half of the $23,000 raised overall. Our team is grateful we have raised enough money to make a real difference in our community this holiday season.
What It Means to Give Back to the Community
We are proud to be a beacon of hope and giving during the holidays and to bring businesses together in incredible acts of generosity. We raised more than any other real estate office in the area!
The money from this fundraiser will help the Salvation Army fund their in-house program, as detailed in our recent blog post. Helena Rice shares, “Every year we are taken aback by the support of our partners and team members. We have so many of our partners and subcontractors that ask us every year what day we’ll be ringing the bell for the Salvation Army so they can help. Our team is out there all day in the freezing temperatures trying to raise money for those in need. Rob and I are beyond grateful to our entire Rob Rice Homes family! The support from partners and team members for this annual initiative is truly humbling.”
