Epic Realty, Inc and Rob Rice Homes Announces Quarterly Realtor Award
At a celebration party on July 27, 2012 Helena and Rob Rice announced that Lucia Arroyo, Realtor at the new home community of Kensington located at College & 45th Avenue in Lacey received the 1st quarter Realtor of the Quarter award for the most new home sales. Lucia had a total of six closed sales from the period of January through March 2012.
The second quarter winner is Heather Keating, Realtor at the new home community of Villages at South Hill in Puyallup. Heather had a total of nine closed sales from the period of April through June 2012.
